This is Swing Shine (上海香颂), a side project (since 2010) of Lin Di of Cold Fairyland.
The style description from bandcamp: Swing Shine formed in 2010 by French musician Jeremy Lasry and Chinese Musician LinDi. Their concept is about mixing some old Chinese songs with modern gypsy style as well as writing new lyrics in Chinese on French popular songs.
They have another album, more recent, called 无根之云 / Rootless Clouds. I just listened to that album tonight, and it is just as beautiful as the first, maybe even more so!
